Delivery

All Products are delivered via Standard Post.

An additional charge will be incurred for express delivery. We will endeavor to have in stock orders in the post within 3 working days. Customized orders require a longer period. Please ensure that a valid delivery address is supplied.

All orders to be taken via our web site www.hivis4kids.com and paid before shipping.

We accept most credit cards.

All Orders made using a purchase order must be in writing & paid for by credit card or funds transfer. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns and Exchanges

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days, unworn for a full refund.

Please include your receipt.

Refunds are made in the same form of currency used for the original purchase. For example, if the item were purchased with a credit card, the refund would be issued to the same credit card used for the original purchase.

Returns and exchanges can only be made by mail. Please contact our Admin Centre, if you wish to return or cancel an order placed online.
